This TA is being commissioned to support the Egyptian Gulf Bank (EGBANK) lending activities in SME sector in line with its’s strategy and Central Bank of Egypt regulatory requirements. The following services are included: Assessment of the EGBANK’s upgraded credit technologies, procedures and products; Risk assessment with loans of the SMEs; Monitoring of the revised lending processes and procedures; Training to the EGBANK personnel; Tailoring of new banking product made for early stage companies developed and rolled out/launched; Design of non-financial services (NFS) package for final beneficiaries designed and rolled out; Improvement of the EGBANK’s visibility and effectiveness of its communication towards target SME/youth audience.
