The project aims to build the capacities of Third Countries’ staff involved in official controls on animal health and welfare. Through the organisation of 6 regional workshops the project will address animal disease control, HPAI surveillance and control, Rabies control, organisation of the veterinary services, animal welfare of food producing animals. In addition, the project includes the undertaking of technical assistance missions.
