This project consists in the organisation of training sessions Food hygiene at primary production.
The programme consists in 3 courses representing a total of 28 three-day training sessions to be organised across the EU in 2015 - 2018.
Course 1: 4 four-day training sessions dedicated to Domestic land animals and products of animal origin derived thereof;
Course 2: 4 four-day training sessions dedicated to Aquatic animals and products of animal origin derived thereof;
Course 3: 6 four-day training sessions dedicated to Plant products.
