The Government of Ghana identifies job creation at the centre of the national development agenda through priority interventions. Those national policies are reflected in the ongoing EU-initiative “Ghana Employment and Social Protection Programme (GESP)”, which is expected to contribute to inclusive growth in Ghana by strengthening domestic social protection and employment systems. The AETS team is assessing the performance to date of the GESP.
