This project aims to strengthen the institutional frameworks for the promotion of aquaculture and to strengthen the capacities for needs-oriented training in aquaculture. The activities focus on the strengthening of the hatcheries and the control capacities on animal health and chemical analysis of the Department of Fisheries.
