The Sanitary and Phytosanitary 2 (SPS 2) Subproject, like SPSMSO, is a support project of the Promoting Economic Diversification Program (PED) that commenced in 2008. The SPS 2 fundamentally aims to improve and broaden Cambodia's economic growth by specifically targeting the effective and efficient regulation and control of the production and supply of safe food and water in Cambodia.
