AETS to undertake evaluation of EU-Philippines Trade-Related Technical Assistance 3: AETS has been mandated by the EU Delegation to the Philippines to undertake a comprehensive final evaluation of phase 3 of the aforementioned programme to provide feedback on the key results achieved during implementation compared with its initial objectives as well as lessons learned.
