AETS has been contracted by the European Commission to undertake the final evaluation of the AL-Invest IV programme. AL-Invest was designed to facilitate the internationalisation of Latin American SMEs through the development of a network of European business organisations providing business services and technical assistance. The evaluation will be carried out on the basis of OECD-DAC criteria and will also consider EU added value with respect to the design and quality of implementation.
