The overall objective of the projects is to support the OCT sustainable development strategy towards the EU. Correspondingly, the overall purpose is to provide technical assistance that will support OCTA in order to: - Facilitate policy dialogue and cooperation between the EU and OCTs and foster a more coherence and informed approach to the issues of development within the OCTs; - Increase administrative and technical capacity in the OCTs to manage EU funds; - Enhance coordination/communication among OCTs to increase information sharing and facilitate cooperation
