This project essentially aims to contribute to the development of effective capacities for power trading and regulation homogenization in the EAPP region. Specifically, the project aims to strengthen the capacity of EAPP members, through technical exchange workshops and the transfer of knowledge and expertise in four main areas: system planning, power trade, environmental and grid operation management.
