AETS was consulted to support the Ministry of Gender, Family and Children in the Democratic Republic of Congo by undertaking an organisational assessment of the ministry in order to provide a fair and realistic picture of its ability to carry out reforms/restructuring and identify potential enhancements to capabilities that would enable it to assume the implementation of the former.
