The European Investment Bank (EIB) is supporting the development of water infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) through the co-financing of water and sanitation projects (WATSAN) within the country. The objective of this assignment was to support the tender evaluation teams in evaluation of works tenders for plants in conformity with the best EU practices and the EIB Guide to procurement. It consisted additionally in providing support to procurement procedures, commenting wastewater and water treatment plants tender documentation.
