the objective of this assignment wass to support the programming process and to improve the impact of EU assistance to the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia for the period 2014-2020, in the transport sector. The specific purposes of this contract are to assist in improvement and fine-turning of the Sector Operational Programme for transport 2014-2020 and the definition of starting benchmarks.
