AETS has been retained by the European Commission, DG Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (NEAR), to conduct the mid-term evaluation of EU's support to civil society organisations in the Western Balkans (namely in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina; Croatia; former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia; Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia) and Turkey over the period 2011-2016 in the context of the EU enlargement policy.
