During this assignment, several projects were evaluated according the OECD-DAC and EC specific evaluation criteria. These projects aimed at promoting rural socio-economic development through increased access to electricity to households, productive enterprises and service delivery facilities. They were 4 micro hydropower projects, one biogas project and one PV project. In addition to the evaluation, the consultant had to make specific recommendations for possible future interventions in the sector.
