The European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation (EIUC) is a centre for education, training and research in human rights and democracy. In 2012, EIUC created with several other EU-funded Master's programmes , a worldwide higher education network, the Global Campus of Master’s Programmes and Diplomas in Human Rights and Democratisation (the Global Campus). The global objective of this contract is to improve the coherence, effectiveness and efficiency of EU support to EIUC and the Global Campus. In order to achieve the global objective AETS will examine the two projects financed underthe annual operating grant to EIUC and annual action grant to Global Campus with the following, specific objectives in mind: 1: To revise the effectiveness and efficiency of the EIUC's human resource structure 2: To develop contracting documents (project description, logframe, budget) which echo the EIUC and Global Campus vision/strategy, offer a solid intervention logic, provide a mid-term results framework for project monitoring and reporting and a rationalised merged budget.
