The objective of this FWC is to review the conditions for disbursement of the Programme Multi Sector Budget Support 2011 (MSBS 2011). This programme benefitted from additional funding from the Eastern Partnership Integration and Cooperation (EaPIC) programme. The overall objective is to provide a detailed review of the implementation of the MSBS 2011 – EaPIC 2013 Component, in order to provide an external and independent assessment of the level of achievement of the programme’s targets. AETS provides: A Team leader that will - Review the implementation of the Conditions related to the anticorruption conditions; - Assess the general conditions of the budget support; A civil service reforms and a e-governance expert that will - Review and report on the status of implementation of conditions relevant to their areas.
