The Delegation of the EU to South Sudan commissioned the AETS consortium to evaluate concept notes submitted under an EIDHR Calls for Proposals Country-Based Support Scheme. The purpose of this call was to strengthen South Sudanese civil society, human rights defenders and other human rights actors, enabling them to actively promote and protect human rights in a conflict-sensitive way.
