In light of the rehabilitation and reconstruction process following the 30 year civil war in Sri Lanka, the global objective of the assignment was to evaluate the performance of the projects under the EU Support to Socio Economic Measures in north & East Sri Lanka (EU-SEM) Programme to date, to identify key lessons learned and to propose recommendations to be implemented within the EU funded actions. Assignment implemented by Edburgh and GEOTEST (AETS FWC COM Lot 1 partners).
