The objective of the mission was to elaborate operational strategy and plan of communication which allow the ST (Technical Secretariat) DSRP to effectively communicate with all the actors concerned by the process DSRP (elaboration, implementation, follow-up and evaluation). In a specific way, it will be a question of endowing the ST of a framework and tools adapted with the aim of fast and effective exchange of the information on the DSRP with development Partners, the Administration, the Civil society and the Private sector and of proposing channels suited for more visibility on the new strategy against poverty in Togo.
