AETS has been commissioned to undertake an evaluation of the information and communication programme implemented by EU Delegation of the candidate and potential candidate countries during the period of 2011-2014. Using OECD-DAC criteria, AETS’s team of consultants shall focus on the performance of information and communication activities, assess the IPA intervention logic 2012-2014, and provide recommendations for the programming of the future activities covered by the evaluation.
