The aim of this project is to inform the decision makers in the EU as to the state of play of the alignment of the IPA II Western Balkan beneficiaries with the EU acquis and international standards on the right to reparation for victims of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. This will enable the European Commission to make the informed decisions of the needs, relevance and scope for developing further support to assist the targeted IPA II beneficiaries in their alignment with the EU acquis on the right to reparation for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.
