Central America is facing serious problems with regard to Citizen Security. The EU wants to enhance the capacities of the Local Actors in order to decrease social violence. The team of experts was in charge of the formulation of a project of social prevention of violence from Local Governments in the framework of the Central America Security Strategy Programme .
