AETS has been commissioned to undertake an evaluation of the European Union’s (EU) Technical Assistance and Information Exchange (TAIEX) instrument in the Western Balkans and Turkey. Using OECD-DAC criteria, the team of consultants shall focus on how the instrument make available the expertise of Member States’ public officials and administrations to countries wishing to align their standards with those of the EU in the most relevant and effective way.
