Assessment the impact of structural and personnel changes in 11 public bodies. This was done by examining main responsibilities, functions and objectives as against approved organigrams and staff lists. Main findings yielded information on changes in structures, staffing as well as in contribution of EU training to capacity building in 11 institutions.
