In Mauritius where the network is not interconnected, the integration of renewable energies to the grid has to be dealt with cautiously in order not to jeopardise the overall balance of the network. AETS issued recommendations to CEB related to the definition of options to strengthen the network (stations and lines), the development of tools dedicated to the management of renewable energy (EMS, Dynamic DSM), the amendment of the grid code and the estimation of investments projects and training needs for CEB staff.
