This project essentially aimed to contribute to the integration of electricity markets and industries of the West Africa Power Pool. Specifically, the project aimed to strengthen WAPP staff skills through technical exchange workshops and the transfer of knowledge and expertise in three main areas: planning, project management and the environmental impact of projects; the study and support legal and institutional capacities and the strengthening of the WAPP Information and Coordination Centre.
