Senegal, Mauritania, Mali - Assistance to SOGEM for the improvement of power exchanges between OMVS Member States, 2008 - 2009. The objective was to improve the enforcement of contracts and commitments concerning the distribution of energy from Manantali, to check whether the protocols (tariffs) and the current provisions guiding the sharing of energy in Manantali were able to be extrapolated, to draw up and compare adaptation charts of respective RIMA structures (Inter-connected Network of Manantali) in order to facilitate their integration into the regional electricity system.
