AETS team has been awarded this contract to provide the Government of Azerbaijan with an assessment of the performance of the public financial management system. The consultants will conduct 3 missions to Azerbaijan to provide advice to the government i) on specified budget management aspects and ii) on the tax policy and administration aspects of an action plan to improve public financial management.
