“Support to the Managing Authority in Programming Activities for Water Projects”. The overall objective of the assignment is to assist the EIB Project Advisory Support Team (PAS Team) in their support to the Managing Authority of Large Infrastructure Operational Programme (MA LIOP) in the performance of their tasks. Therefore, AETS is providing assistance to MA LIOP in the programming tasks for water/wastewater projects submitted by Regional Water Operators, especially in the preparation activities before evaluation. Due to the size of water and wastewater projects, the MA LIOP especially needs support in summarizing and analysing the projects (especially the relevant indicators) presented by the beneficiaries, before evaluation.
