The aim of this assignment was to provide a team of external assessors to support the EC in the selection of the best proposals received under the Call for Proposals “SWIM II Demonstration projects” (EuropeAid/150950/DH/ACT/Multi) and to achieve a high-quality, complete and coherent selection process of projects in line with the criteria set in the Guidelines for Applicants. The assessments of 45 Concept Notes and 8 Full Applications were performed.
