The project is part of the EU-Morocco Action Plan and in particular its article 5.5 aimed at promoting fundamental social rights and respect for international labor standards. It aims to support the Ministry of Labor and Professional Inspection in the implementation of a national OSH strategy allowing better consideration of the professional risks of Moroccan workers according to a participatory approach. This strategy will also make it possible to respond to the challenges set by the ratification of Convention C187 of the International Labor Organization (ILO) from which Law 13-12 of July 4, 2013 results.
