The AETS consortium provided a detailed review of the implementation of the EC 2009 – 2012 Sector Policy Support Programme (SPSP) – Support for the Vocational Education and Training Sector of Georgia and enable the European Commission to use the submitted reports as a tool for monitoring programme implementation and taking decisions on instalment disbursement for the years 2011 and 2012.
