AETS has been retained to assist EU Delegation in Nepal in the evaluation of Concept Notes, to allow the Delegation to select and then to co-finance the projects that best comply with the criteria set out in the Call for Proposals under the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) Country Based Support Scheme (CBSS) Nepal. Assessments will be based on sound and informed judgment and will follow the Guidelines for the call. AETS will ensure objectivity and impartiality of the analysis.
