Technical assistance on the project "Autonomous Generation and Rational Use of Electricity (GAUREE 2)" - Honduras. The aim of the project is to promote renewable energy use (solar, mini-hydro power stations), and the implementation of an energy efficiency programme together with electricity demand-side management actions in the country.
