AETS has been mandated to provide Technical Assistance to the European Union Delegation to Turkey for ex-ante tendering controls of the Samsun – Kalin railway modernisation project and the monitoring of ongoing railway projects. AETS’s consultants shall a) ensure that EU rules and regulations (PRAG) and technical standards are respected in the tender evaluation procedure; b) monitor the physical and financial progress of two ongoing railway construction projects.
