The overall objective of this consultancy is to assess, review and update the NDC for submission to the UNFCCC Secretariat ahead of COP26 in 2020 and provide the Climate Change Division of the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change with a toolkit to monitor the NDC implementation and report accordingly.
