The objective of the project was to preparation and the finalize the Terms of Reference (the “ToR”) of the Feasibility Study (the “FS”) of the project "Smart Grid Project on the Sri Lankan Distribution Network".
The Project include six main components as follows:
(i) Distribution Master Plan
(ii) SCADA
(iii) Scalable deployment of Smart Meters (100,000 units)
(iv) GIS
(v) Upgrade of Training Facilities (digital solutions)
(vi) Technical Assistance to CEB during the Bidding Process
