Development of a SE4ALL Rapid Assessment Gap Analysis for Panama. The study is meant to serve as an overview of the projects, programs, policies, and other important publically available information to gain an understanding of the current situation of the country’s energy sector. It will also serve as the beginning of a larger dialogue about the current barriers in the country as well as potential priority areas to advance the goals of the initiative.
