Through the 2018 SIEA Framework Contract - Lot 2 (Infrastructure, Sustainable Growth and Employment), AETS was selected by the European Commission to carry out the mission to conduct a mid-term evaluation of Asi@ Connect project. The objective of the assignment is to assess the implementation of the activities of Asi@ Connect in a systematic and timely manner, looking at the quality of the achieved results. The expert will adopt a collaborative and inclusive strategy focused on leveraging synergies that will ensure seamless delivery of proposed workable and time bound solutions.
