AETS was recruited to identify precisely the nature of the constraints which limit the implementation of EE projects in the industrial and tertiary sectors (operation or investment) in Mauritius and to identify the potential for energy savings which might be reached in these sectors. The activities consisted in: - Mapping of the EE potential in the Mauritian private sector - Overview of local expertise and technologies - Development of an EE Strategic approach per sector.
