Ex-post evaluation of the AFD-funded project "Dali Zhemoshan Wind Power Project" consisting of a pilot wind power plant which included 41 wind generators of 750 kW each located at an altitude of 3000 meters. After a desk review of the documentation, the experts visited the the wind farm and finally issued an evaluation report based on the OECD's DAC evaluation criteria: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, added value.
