Through the 2018 SIEA Framework Contract - Lot 2 (Infrastructure, Sustainable Growth and Employment), AETS was selected by the European Commission to carry out the mission to support Rwanda Economic Growth and Job Creation through Private Sector Development. The objective of the assignment is to support the Government of Rwanda and the EU in the identification and formulation of an EU (or joint-donor) programme to strengthen and enlarge private sector development (PSD) throughout Rwanda. The team will adopt a collaborative and inclusive strategy focused on leveraging synergies that will ensure seamless delivery of proposed workable and time bound solutions.
