Under the FWC SIEA 2018 Cardno and AETS recruited two experts as External Assessors to assist the Rwandan Contracting Authority (MINECOFIN) in the selection of the best proposals received under Call for Proposal EuropeAid/FED/161-786 "Unlocking the potential of Rwanda's horticultural and coffee value chains to ensure the supply of safe products to local, regional and international markets" and to achieve a high-quality, complete and coherent selection process of projects
in line with the criteria set in the guidelines for applicants.
