Organisation and implementation of training activities on food hygiene at primary production under the "Better Training for Safer Food" initiative

This project consists in the organisation of training sessions Food hygiene at primary production. The programme consists in 3 courses representing a total of 28 three-day training sessions to be organised across the EU in 2015 - 2018. Course 1: 4 four-day training sessions dedicated to Domestic land animals and products of animal origin derived thereof; Course 2: 4 four-day training sessions dedicated to Aquatic animals and products of animal origin derived thereof; Course 3: 6 four-day training sessions dedicated to Plant products.
