Through the framework contract Lot 1 BENEF, AETS was selected to realize the Final Evaluation of the PIP Quality and Conformity Fruits and Vegetables Programme (Phase 2 – PIP 2); an evaluation that had been foreseen in the Technical and Administrative Provisions of the programme’s Financing Agreement. It provided sufficient information to make an overall assessment about the performance of the programme, the impact of its actions and sustainability of the results, as well as to identify key lessons learnt and propose recommendations for potential future interventions in the field.
