The AETS consortium has been mandated by the European Union Delegation to Albania to undertake an ex-ante evaluation of the Albanian Rural Development Programme under IPARD 2014-2020. The aim of such an exercise is to improve the relevance, coherence, quality, efficiency, effectiveness, EU added value, consistency and synergy within the agricultural and rural development policy dialogue between Albania and the EU.
