The project aimed to support the implementation of an Action plan to enhance Health, Safety and Environmental conditions within AzIE thermal power plant and set conditions to durably sustain HSE measures implemented. It included to : (i) review and refine of the EAP (HSE Action Plan); (ii) elaborate an HSE “Implementation Plan” including a training programme and follow it up; (iii) advise on the procurement of necessary testing, control and monitoring equipment.
