The overall objective of the assignment was to support the Commission in drafting the 2013 EU AfT Monitoring Report and the monitoring of the EU common commitments and effectiveness in the area of Aid for Trade, to allow both the EU and international stakeholders to assess whether sufficient progress is being made, and to draw relevant policy conclusions and recommendations.
