The Algerian state leads past ten years a policy of infrastructure development and support job creation across the country. Project support socio-economic development of the North-East of Algeria (PADSEL NEA) brings added value to the development of communities and parts of the territory that the state can not take full responsibility in socio-economic infrastructure and access to micro-credit for the creation and development of productive activities and micro-enterprises. The objective of this project was to evaluate the programme activities at its final stage to provide analysis and recommendations to assess the adequacy of these activities with the expected results and propose areas of future action in this field, including the prospect of a future PADSEL NOA (North West Algeria). This final evaluation concerned organization and instruments of implementation of activities and checked the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of these.
